Earlier in the week, we gave a nod to Innovative Residential for their amazing work and their feature in Construction in Focus Magazine – the homes are spectacular, and as a local business partner, we are thrilled to help with the staging of their beautiful homes.
Today, we’ll look at both the 2 and 3-bedroom options in the Cory Villas development.
You’ll notice a lot of continuity as we meander between rooms for the three-bedroom home; varying shades of seafoam add a perfect pop to rooms that otherwise operate in neutral tones. As always, we love to add a few fresh pops of green with natural life, and dotted around this environment, it’s a perfect complement to the other coloured features you see.
Pillows of different shapes and sizes are well-represented in our three bedrooms below. We maintain the palette, but also employ a colour scheme that gets lighter as one moves further from the master bedroom, until arrival in this adorable nursery.
Below, the two-bedroom home features a similar style, with a few different elements of flair. First, the bolder blue features in the living room are then punctuated by starkly-coloured neutral pillows. There are textures, but they’re much subtler than those in the three-bedroom, because the eye will be drawn by the lovely colours. The dining set and features on the glass table maintain that neutrality, and we’re left with a lovely gathering space.
Similar to the above, for the bedrooms, we kept the colour scheme somewhat matching, with a few added gold accents, which pair nicely off the walls and with the light given by the lamps. The throws across all five bedrooms we’ve looked at (I’m counting the nursing chair blanket as a throw, here) are all gentle textures, which play with the colours already found.
