Excellent, darker flooring and walls with a gentle warm tone made staging this property a fun and inspiring breeze for our team!
Let’s start by showing off the entrance – it’s the little touches, like a planter, that can make a home so inviting! Might be worth the investment at your own front door.
In the main living space, we decided to feature colours that really complimented the slight tinge of warmth that was coming in off the walls and was played up so well by the curtains. While the operative might be to call these “red” and “green,” their softer hues belie that we’re looking at softer colours that fit in the same family. The red shade is the primary here, with the offshoots of cooler colours (green pillows, blue in the table vases and the painting) lending an excellent balance to the space. All you need after that is a pleasant variety of warm colours, which this living room offers in spades, between the floor, the seating, and the branch decor!
When we turn to the other side of the room, we come upon a kitchen that helps brighten the airy space, with its light-coloured cabinet selection, and our choice of chairs to match. Further, notice how the darker hue of the countertop plays into the glass table? It may just be a trick of the eye, but it still has a tremendous binding element!
