Our staged 4 bed, 2 bath home in Brevoort Park is bright, airy, and thanks to our awesome team at Fresh Living, it’s a modern dream! The walls are a deep green-grey, which allows for plenty of creative contrasting to help make a lovely space even lovelier!
The open-concept living room and dining room space afforded us a chance to make a statement; the wall colour paired beautifully with a cream motif, which we used as the base point for the colours we added here. One of the most prominent trends in decorating right now is the use of mid-range textures, like the seats in the living room above; that is to say, from a distance, they appear uniform, but up close, you start to see the pattern; this also allows for a boldness that some finer patterns don’t offer. If you have solid couches at home, mid-range textured pillows may be a great way to add something extra to your living space! A few touches of red pair beautifully with both of these shades as well, which brings us to our dining room…

What a gorgeous space to pass in the hall beyond! Matching the earth-tones from the adjacent sitting area, this dining room features a lovely combination dark wood and glass, combining elements we talked about in another article – the best of both worlds! The cream shades and varied pops of red pair well one room over, and help complete this space.
