Home Staging: 40 Mills Crescent

Mixing sophistication with a classic style.

I’m not going to lie – one of these photos is my desktop background, now.

This beautiful home in Avalon was staged by yours truly, using the amazing resources available: the stark white trim and use of red-toned woods for the doors and kitchen are very pleasing, and the walls are painted with accented clay tones; even in these pictures, you can see how the home’s light plays differently depending on the sun’s angle.

Which means there’s lots of room for us to play, too.

It was a simple marriage of furniture with earth tones, and the “palette of the Atlas” – a mix of blue and green accent pieces that catch the eye and wade calmly into the scheme of the room without being obtrusive. In addition, the artwork selections are tying pieces, along with the selections of pillows.

We hope this helps inspire your next project – and remember, if you’re ever looking for advice, head to our website, where we’re more than happy to help! Also, check the rest of our blog for all sorts of stagings and other Fresh Living tips!
