And a dash of bold… the 250 Newton Link Home Staging!

Home-Decorating-Saskatoon-1Home-Decorating-Saskatoon-2This beautiful new build in Saskatoon is airy and open, so applying fixtures that reflect the warmth of the space and provide some consistency was key. We’re thrilled with how it turned out!

Without further ado, here’s what we did in the main area:

We started with a few fixtures in various off-white shades to play off of the neutral walls, then darkened it with other pieces, including the living room rug and the natural legs of the various surfaces around the space (coffee table, kitchen table and chairs). We used something of a 70-20-10 rule here, with cyan as the 20, green for a little pop here and there, and varying degrees of beige as the 70.

The shelf in the bonus room upstairs gave our stagers plenty of wiggle-room to add other dashes of colour, which add plenty of character to the place; upstairs, we did the same sequence in the bedroom, letting the bold colours speak for us!
