This new Saskatoon build features a contemporary flair, so we staged it to match!
It starts (and ends) with glass and stainless steel surfaces as a complement for the home’s furnishings; this plays well out of the kitchen, and maintains a strong presence in spaces that are otherwise neutral by design. Building further into this motif, we create a lovely modern touch. The 70-20-10 rule is played here with the black-and-white palette representing the 70, the pale blues on the lower kitchen cupboards, kitchen planters, and decorative pillows as the 20, and the ever-valuable foliage throughout acting as our 10.
By maintaining a mostly neutral presence through the home, we make a bold statement that normally a splash of contrasted colour provides; this is a playful take on a contemporary style that is as much a treat for the eyes as it was to stage!
Regrettably, we normally end these by posting details on booking viewings, but this Saskatoon property has already been sold! As you can see from the picture below, we’ve made our bed with it. 😉
