Our Home Staging: 130 Avenue G North

What was that, Coral?

The Pantone Colour of the Year is already back in our staging rotation? That’s a hard yes. 🙂

House, home, exteriorNormally, we don’t include pictures of the exterior, but there’s a valuable exception to be made here: this is an excellent starter home, with a lower-than-average width. That doesn’t mean we can’t deck it to the nines, and that is exactly the challenge our team was ready for!

Home Cleaning Saskatoon, Home StagingWe’ll start things off in the living room, which is bright from several windows and made brighter by a pop of colour. The brightness the coral brings accompanied by a bold bit of foliage draws the eye, and the glass table (here’s our piece on glass vs. wood tables!) adds a keen, modern touch.

The bedroom continues the work done in the living room, utilizing shades of coral and a bold red (matching colour temperatures can work well in this case!) in the pillows. A second set of shades is noted in the decorative pillows, the blankets, and the ever-familiar lampshades. Creamy colours go well in cool and warm lighting, with just about any shade of off-white wall.

Saskatoon Home Staging, Clean, GreenInto the downstairs kitchenette, you’ll notice that we’ve established a nice social space, using cooler patinas and dramatic black-and-white elements to help prospective owners appreciate how much chilling they can do  here!

Lastly, we wanted to make note of this adorable nook that this house offers – by adding a few little pieces in pairs, we have turned a few shelves into a statement area on the way up the stairs.

This beautiful little home is a point of pride for our team, in its elegance and in how much we were able to fit in such a warm space.  We hope you’re inspired for your next design project!

Stay Fresh!
