We’ve been staging plenty of homes in Warman lately, and this another one to go check out for yourself! The link to this house (pre-staging!) is at the bottom of the article.
Let’s start things off with this beautiful entryway. The first room you’re presented with is a lovely study, which capitalizes on a cloudy day outside with these gentle, warm, inviting tones and provides a sophisticated approach. Here, the “pop” element is simply the chair — it’s the brightest thing going! Simple golds with a pop of green melt the earth tones in for our small space in the foyer.
This staircase to the lower level is beautiful, and with the dark, rich tones of the railing, the build-in cupboards and the fireplace, it only made sense to match and find some great colours that complemented the theme, all the way down to the bottle on the table! We played by the “colour by numbers rule” here (and we wrote about it, too), applying some cooler colours that balance well with the warmth of the sofas. Any time we can get our hands on a funky carpet that really ties the room together, we’re keen to do so!
Because this is such a lovely open space, adding a few small details that match colours in the sitting area worked well on this project. Wall art (somewhat pictured) is always a great way to help add continuity between pieces you like.
We maintained neutral tones with just a hint of colour to bring a debonair feel to our master bedroom, with a few small details between the decorative pillows and the pieces in the master bath adding another touch of class! We’re very proud of this home, and we hope it helps inspire your next project!
